Stage 1 is designed to help you understand what has caused your anxiety and how hypnotherapy and CBTi can work in combination to help you take control of it.
Stage 2 provides you with all the main rules to follow to break the current incorrect sleeping pattern in your brain and for you to build up a new one.
Stage 3 contains information and exercises that are designed to help you change the way you view yourself and your ability to sleep.
